One of the biggest advantages is that the resort sits on its own private motu, making it the only luxury hotel in Bora Bora with this level of seclusion and uninterrupted views of the open ocean. Unlike other high-end resorts that face the main island, the Conrad offers a completely open horizon—perfect for sunsets, starry skies, and a feeling of endless space.
We also loved the direct airport boat transfer offered by the resort. As soon as you land in Bora Bora, a Conrad team member is there to greet you and escort you across the lagoon in a private boat. It’s fast, smooth, and makes arrival feel effortless—no ferry transfers, no waiting.
The overwater villas were a highlight, of course—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with indoor-outdoor flow, glass floor panels, and full lagoon access. Watching rays and reef fish glide beneath us in the morning became a peaceful daily ritual.
The Hina Spa perched above the resort offered one of the most unforgettable massages we’ve ever experienced, surrounded by ocean and sky. It’s hard to imagine a more beautiful spa setting.
Food-wise, the brunch and dinner options were excellent, with diverse menus that ranged from gourmet French to Polynesian-inspired dishes. The breakfast buffet in particular stood out, with tropical fruits, made-to-order omelets, fresh pastries, and local specialties.
Finally, what made the stay truly special was the attentive and thoughtful service. From remembering our favorite drinks to organizing a private dinner for our anniversary, the staff made us feel both welcomed and celebrated.
